BACOLOD City – Mountain Province’s wanted man was arrested in Barangay Camansi, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
The 50-year-old Hernani Cerdullo Jr. is facing three counts of rape and charges for child abuse and grave threat, police said.
He was caught around 11:05 a.m. on Feb. 28.
Cerdullo was currently under the temporary custody of the Kabankalan City police./PN
