ILOILO City – A 35-year-old resident was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Airport, Mandurriao district.
Jan Melchor Jutar initially sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover cop for P1,000, police said.
Four more sachets valued at P5,400 were recovered from his possession around 2:50 p.m. on March 2.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Mandurriao police station. Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against him./PN
