ILOILO City – A resident of Barangay Zarragosa, Balasan, Iloilo, was arrested yesterday.
Roelen John Casabuena, 26, was charged with reckless imprudence resulting in homicide.
An arrest warrant was served to him by the police around 8 a.m.
The court-recommended bail for his temporary freedom was P60,000./PN
