BACOLOD City – Charged with attempted murder, a man was caught by the police in Hacienda San Pablo, Barangay Banquerohan, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental on April 7.
Marjun Villaruel was a 31-year-old resident of the barangay.
Around 8 p.m. he was served an arrest warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60 (Cadiz City) on Jan. 19, 2021.
Leading the arrest was Lieutenant Colonel Rocky Desear, Cadiz City police chief.
The suspect was detained at the Cadiz City police station.
A bail bond of P120, 000 was set for his temporary liberty./PN
