ILOILO City – A senior citizen was arrested in Barangay Jaguimitan, Passi City, Iloilo.
Angelico Pacardo Sr., 62, of the city’s Barangay Alimono was accused of rape, a police report showed.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 8 a.m. on April 24.
Judge Henelinda Molina-Diaz of the Regional Trial Court Branch 61 in Kidapawan City, North Cotabato ordered Pacardo’s arrest dated June 1, 2018.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Passi City police station.
The court has not set bail for his temporary liberty./PN
