BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay Binicuil, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental faces a charge for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
A raid of the house of 53-year-old Jonathan Yosuya around 8 a.m. on June 3 yielded a .9mm revolver loaded with five ammunitions, a police report showed.
The suspect is now in the custody of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Negros Occidental./PN
