BACOLOD City – Two residents of Barangay Banago were arrested in two separate buy-bust operations in Barangay 3, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
Police identified the suspects as Diosdado Diga Jr., 36, and Ian Caldino, 18.
Diga yielded eight sachets of suspected shabu worth P20,400 around 3:25 p.m. on June 16, police said.
Around 5:55 p.m. Caldino was also arrested. Recovered from him were five sachets of suspected shabu valued at P27,200.
The suspects were detained at the Victorias City police station. Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002) would be filed against them./PN
