ILOILO – Three persons were arrested in Barangay Binon-an, Batad, Iloilo for alleged illegal gambling.
Police chanced upon residents Bernie Erenea (44 years old), Julio Hayahay Jr. (48) and Romil Biclar (41) playing the card game tong-its around 2 p.m. on June 26.
Recovered from them were a deck of playing cards and P152 bet money.
The suspects were detained at the municipal police station./PN
