BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay Marcelo, Calatrava, Negros Occidental was taken to the police station.
Thirty-eight-year-old Herlan Bantemano was charged with violating the Omnibus Election Code, a police report showed.
Bantemano was caught around 5 p.m. on July 21 by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Reginald Fuentebella of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 59.
A P36,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./ PN
