BACOLOD City – A 21-year-old man charged with qualified seduction was arrested in Barangay 19-A, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
John Lloyd Policarpio was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 4 p.m. on July 27, police said.
Judge Dyna Doll Chiongson-Trocio of Regional Trial Court, Branch 40 (Silay City, Negros Occidental) recommended a P40,000 bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
