ILOILO City – An 18-year-old man was taken to the La Paz police station.
Mark Vincent Balgos was charged with violation of Republic Act 7610, or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act, a police report showed.
The suspect was served with an arrest warrant in his house in Barangay Aguinaldo, La Paz around 11:20 a.m. on Aug. 25.
A P200,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
