BACOLOD City – A minor charged with rape was arrested in his residence in Barangay Ma-ao, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
The 16-year-old boy was caught around 12:20 p.m. on Sept. 8.
Judge Mary Jennifer Protasio-Arches of Regional Trial Court, Branch 62 ordered the minor’s arrest with no bail recommended.
The accused was in the custody of the Women and Children and Protection of the Bago City police station./PN
