BACOLOD City – A 26-year-old man was arrested for allegedly stealing a motorcycle in Villa Victorias, Barangay 13, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
Jomil Soberano was a resident of the village.
Elberto Lapu-lapu, owner of the motorcycle, told the police a neighbor saw Soberano taking away his motorcycle parked in front of his house around 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 10.
The suspect was detained at the police station./PN
