BACOLOD City – A 48-year-old man faces charges for violation of Article 226 of the Revised Penal Code, or the removal, concealment or destruction of document.
John Bersolto was arrested in Barangay Paraiso, Sagay City, Negros Occidental around 10:15 a.m. on Sept. 29.
Judge Biena Marieta Cabusao of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities issued the warrant of arrest with a P30,000 bail recommended.
The suspect was detained at the Sagay City police station./PN
