ILOILO City – The most wanted man in Anilao, Iloilo was arrested on Tuesday on Alcante Street, Therese Subdivision in E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental.
Fifty-two-year-old Robert Guarin of Barangay Santa Rita, Anilao was caught around 8 a.m.
He was charged with rape, a police report showed.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary release.
Guarin was detained at the Anilao police station./PN
