BACOLOD City – A “street level” drug suspect was shot dead by unidentified riding-in-tandem gunmen in Barangay 20, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
The fatality was 53-year-old Hilarion Castro, a resident of the village.
According to the police, the victim was talking to a friend around 1:15 p.m. on Nov. 9 when shot using a .45-caliber pistol.
Castro was rushed to a health facility but the attending physician declared him dead on arrival.
Three empty shells were recovered from the crime scene.
