BACOLOD City – After 30 years of searching, police finally arrested a man wanted in Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
Victor Patiño, 53, of Barangay Nangka, Balamban, Cebu was caught in the town’s Barangay Abucayan around 3:07 p.m. on Nov. 15.
He was charged with frustrated murder with a bail of P17,000.
Judge Adelino Ledesma of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60 (Cadiz City, Negros Occidental) ordered Patiño’s arrest on Sept. 2, 1991 yet.
