ILOILO City – A 51-year-old balikbayan was found dead in his sport utility vehicle (SUV) in Barangay San Antonio, Oton, Iloilo yesterday.
Leonilo Palabrica, a resident of the town’s Barangay Buray, was discovered by barangay officials around 10 a.m.
According to Police Master Sergeant Eddie Tordisillas, investigator of the Oton police station, the village officials got suspicious. Palabrica’s car was noticed parking along the road for over two hours.
His family claimed he was suffering from a heart illness.
