ILOILO – The No. 1 wanted person in Tubungan town was arrested in Barangay Zone 1 on Monday.
Jose Bayog, 62, was charged with rape and sexual abuse, a police report showed.
Police served the arrest warrant around 8:30 a.m. in his house in Barangay Ingay.
The court recommended no bail for his rape charge and P100,000 for his sexual abuse case.
Bayog was detained at the Tubungan police station./PN
