ILOILO City – Police served a warrant of arrest to a man in Cabatuan town charged with estafa.
Ramil Fabiala, 47, was arrested at his house in Barangay Cagban, Cabatuan on April 5 at around 4:45 p.m.
The court recommended a bail bond of P6,000 for Fabiala’s temporary liberty.
It was unclear as of this writing if he was able to post bail./PN
