ANTIQUE – A man was found dead in the river in Barangay Bariri, San Jose de Buenavista town on Monday afternoon, May 8.
Lauranio Delgado, a 34-year-old resident of the place, drowned.
On Sunday afternoon, May 7, Delgado went to the river with his friends to harvest some mollusks, according to Police Staff Sergeant Mark Irish Moreno of the San Jose de Buenavista Municipal Police Station.
His friends thought Delgado went home ahead of them./PN
