CAPIZ – A 20-year-old construction worker ended up at the Dumarao Municipal Police Station (MPS).
John Laurence Escovidal Billones of Barangay Janguslob, Dumarao was served with an arrest warrant for frustrated murder in Barangay Poblacion Ilaya, Dumarao at 11:34 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 3.
The Dumarao MPS, headed by Major Christopher Candelario, Tarlac City Police Station acting chief Lieutenant Colonel Evangeline Ortiz, and other police units were armed with the arrest warrant penned by Judge Allene Torres Pena of the Regional Trial Court, 3rd Judicial Region, Branch 110 in Tarlac City on Aug. 30, 2023.
The court recommended a P200,000 bail for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
