CAPIZ – Two employees of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) sustained injuries after falling from a bridge while working in Barangay Poblacion, Pontevedra town.
The incident was captured on closed-circuit television camera footage, which showed the two workers painting the bridge from a bucket truck when a passing wing van grazed them, causing both men to fall into the river, at around 2 p.m. on Monday, July 7.
