HEART Evangelista made an ode to “The Devil Wears Prada,” as she announced her return to Paris Fashion Week in the company of her “momager,” Cecilia Ongpauco.
Evangelista announced her return to the week-long industry fashion event in an Instagram post on Monday, January 19, sharing a clip of herself and Cecilia all glammed up while standing in what seemed to be an elevator.
With Madonna’s “Vogue,” the clip is an homage to the 2006 film’s elevator scene, which introduces Meryl Streep as the hard-to-please Miranda Priestly, chief editor of the fashion magazine Runway.
“Momager has entered the chat. Welcome to #PFW,” she captioned her post along with the hashtag “Paris Fashion Week.”
The clip sparked excitement among her followers in the comments, including Kyline Alcantara, Max Collins, Dani Barretto, Emilienne Vigier, and fashion designer Michael Leyva.
Fashion Week aside, Evangelista was seen paying a visit to the patients of the National Kidney and Transplant Institute (NKTI) Pediatric Ward where she gave out hygiene kits, grocery items, pillows, and meals from a local fast food chain in a separate post.
It was also reported that she helped shoulder the medical expenses of 32 patients, including an 18-year-old patient diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease.
Evangelista’s post came weeks after she announced that she’s back to work in 2026 after a short break. (Hannah Mallorca © Philippine Daily Inquirer)
