FORMER couple Katrina Halili and Kris Lawrence have sent their fans abuzz after dropping a series of TikTok videos over the past few days, sparking a possible romantic reconnection.
The pair has always been open about co-parenting their daughter, Katie, despite their breakup in 2014, however, Halili and Lawrence’s recent wholesome videos have sparked renewed excitement among their fans, who continue to clamor for their current relationship status.
In recent days, Halili and Lawrence have filmed popular dance trends on TikTok and have been engaging in livestreams together, where they performed some duets of romantic songs. Their videos have been gathering around 1 to 3 million views.
One of their videos showed the pair doing karaoke with their other friends. Lawrence was singing while Halili danced to the beat. Another video, which was posted on Tuesday, Feb. 3, captured Halili knocking on a door where Lawrence was staying to wake him up, asking him when he was going to leave. Lawrence also recently gifted Halili a jacket for her birthday.
Some fans noted that the videos are part of the celebrity parents’ effort to promote the new lip balm line of their daughter; however, most netizens pointed out the pair’s “endearing chemistry” and continued to express hope that the pair might one day rekindle their romance.
