ILOILO — Officers of the Calinog Municipal Police Station (MPS) apprehended the No. 8 most wanted person in Western Visayas on February 17.
The 25-year-old jobless suspect known by the alias “JM,” single and a resident of Barangay Alibunan, Calinog town, was collared at around 11:30 a.m. in the said place.
The Tracker Team of the Calinog MPS, led by Police Major Myles C. Dieron, carried out the operation through the strength of a warrant of arrest for six counts of rape by carnal knowledge issued on November 11, 2024 by the Regional Trial Court, Sixth Judicial Region, Branch 76 in Janiuay, Iloilo.
The suspect was taken into custody by the Calinog MPS for proper legal proceedings. No bail bond was recommended for his temporary release./PN
