CAPIZ – This province’s third most wanted person was apprehended in Barangay Poblacion Ilawod, Dumarao town, through the service of a warrant of arrest for murder and frustrated murder.
The suspect, identified as alias “Kevin,” 28, single, jobless, and a resident of Barangay Agsirab, Dumarao, was arrested recently by joint operatives of the Provincial Intelligence Unit, Dumarao Municipal Police Station (MPS), and the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company’a Tracker Team Bravo.
The warrant of arrest was issued by the Regional Trial Court, 6th Judicial Region, Branch 17 in Roxas City dated December 17, 2025. The court recommended no bail for the murder charge, while bail for the frustrated murder case was set at P200,000.
The suspect was taken into custody by the Dumarao MPS for proper documentation and disposition prior to his turnover to the issuing court./PN
