ILOILO City – For still unclear reasons, an 18-year-old lad started throwing bottles of beer in Barangay Laguda, La Paz district.
Scared residents sought the police’s help and Joseph Argamaso of Barangay Rizal, La Paz was detained at the district’s police station around 11:55 p.m. on Sept. 28.
The police also recovered from Argamaso a 12-inch knife./PN
