ILOILO City – A 19-year-old lad from Barangay Baldoza, La Paz district complained to the police he was strangled.
As he was walking, according to Feliciano Danay Jr., the 25-year-old Saddam Bolante grabbed him by the neck and choked him around 7 a.m. on Oct. 25.
Bolante was also a resident of Barangay Baldoza.
Danay said he had no idea why Bolante did that to him.
