ILOILO City – If a 29-year-old man were to be believed, a drunken suspect made him into a punching bag in Barangay Loboc, Lapuz district.
Rowel Barontoy told the police the 55-year-old Elmo Gimeno punched him thrice on the face around 1:45 a.m. on Oct. 5.
Gimeno was reeking with liquor, Barontoy complained to the police.
