BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay Banago, Bacolod City was arrested in a buy-bust operation on Wednesday.
Romeo Navarra, 37, of Purok Maabi-abihon in the barangay, yielded a sachet of suspected shabu.
Navarra is now in the custodial facility of Police Station 3. He is facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
