BACOLOD City – A rape suspect was arrested in Barangay Malabugas, Bayawan City, Negros Oriental.
Police served Jimart Toledo, 29, on Tuesday an arrest warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 63 (Bayawan City) Judge Roderick Maxino.
The court set the bail bond at P200,000.
Toledo was detained in the Bayawan City police station lockup cell./PN
