ILOILO City – The police of Barbaza, Antique were readying a criminal complaint against an electrician for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Around 2:10 p.m. on Jan. 18, an undercover police officer bought from 41-year-old Noli Espartero a sachet of shabu for P500.
Two more sachets were seized from the suspect after his arrest.
Espartero was a resident of Barangay Ipil, Barbaza. He was taken to the municipal police station./PN
