BACOLOD City – A 43-year-old woman has committed suicide by hanging, police said.
Ana Lucille Marie of Barangay Handumanan tied a nylon cord around her neck.
Her body was found by her neighbor Leah Joy Baldo yesterday, police said.
Initial investigation showed the victim had a mental illness and attempted suicide several times before./PN
