BACOLOD City – A man who allegedly robbed a 19-year-old woman of a tablet computer was caught on B.S. Aquino Drive in Barangay 5.
Airene Rose Amantillo of Barangay Handumanan told the police she and a companion were walking along the Redemptorist Church when Raymund Apellido, 24, grabbed her iPad worth P20,000.
Apellido threatened to shoot them if they resisted, Amantillo said.
The suspect was detained in Police Station 2 after his arrest on Monday. The gadget was recovered from him./PN
