BACOLOD City – A charge for violation of the illegal gambling law may be filed against a resident of Barangay Mandalagan.
Police Station 3 officers caught Michael Medel, 46, allegedly soliciting and collecting bets for the illegal numbers game jai-alai in his house on Tuesday. He was detained in the station’s lockup cell.
Three “Brado” tipsters dated Feb. 28, a betting stub, a yellow pad, and P89 suspected bet money were seized from him./PN
