BACOLOD City – A drug suspect who was reportedly abducted by unidentified men on Wednesday was found dead hogtied the other day.
Richard Tutop died of multiple gunshot wounds on the head. His lifeless body was discovered in Barangay Mansilingan around 1 a.m. on Thursday, a police report showed.
Tutop was wearing a black shirt and checkered pants. His hands were tied with a tape and a belt.
The victim was reported to be out of jail last month following his alleged involvement to illegal drugs.
Officers of Police Station 7 have yet to identify the suspects and the motive behind the killing./PN
