AMAES affirms its commitment to protect the interests of its students and their parents. AMAES is and will always be compliant with all the requirements of regulatory bodies.
We are currently addressing an isolated administrative matter regarding alleged tampering of school records, collection anomalies using fake receipts, among others at the AMA Bacolod Senior High School (SHS) campus. Please be advised that the personnel involved have been placed under preventive suspension effective immediately and criminal cases had been filed with the prosecutors office.
During this period, these personnel are strictly unauthorized to handle student records, manage graduation clearances, or collect any forms of payment on behalf of AMAES.
To ensure our students are not disadvantaged by this ongoing investigation, AMAES has scheduled a special graduation for the affected Bacolod SHS students no later than July 22, 2026. Full details of this ceremony will be announced the soonest.
