BACOLOD City – An American man was found lifeless inside his bedroom in Barangay Lag-asan, Bago City, Negros Occidental.

John Raymond Miller, 68, of Arizona, United States was brought to the Bago City District Hospital where he was pronounced “dead on arrival.”

According to the police, Miller had diabetes and suffered from high blood pressure and spinal damage.

Robert Osorio discovered Miller’s body around 9:30 p.m. on Monday and reported to the Bago City police.

Miller was married to a Filipina and had been living in the Philippines for almost 12 years.
