ILOILO City – Charged with frustrated murder, a resident of Barangay Badiang, Anilao, Iloilo was arrested.
The 47-year-old Robert Arroyo faces a frustrated murder charge, a police report showed.
Arroyo was the No. 4 most wanted person in Anilao, police said.
His apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant around 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 22.
Arroyo was taken to the municipal police station custodial facility.
The court recommended a P200,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
