ILOILO City – A resident of Barangay Villaflor, Tobias Fornier, Antique believed her cellphone was stolen while she was at Plazuela de Iloilo in Mandurriao district.
Ma. Charisse Gwen Orquia, 21, was shopping at Ripples boutique around 7 p.m. on June 9 when another female stood next to her and pushed her, she told the Mandurriao police.
When she arrived home, she found her P12,990 cellphone, which was placed in her bag, missing. Police have yet to identify the suspect./PN
