ILOILO City – A store helper shot his fellow helper in Barangay Poblacion Ilawod, Passi City.
Monday’s shooting landed Japhet Libawan at the Passi City District Hospital.
He sustained a gunshot wound on his head, a police report showed.
The suspect was identified as Johny Bueno, the report added.
According to the police, a heated argument ensued between Libawan and Bueno – both residents of Barangay Aglalana, Passi City. This prompted Bueno to attack Libawan using a .35-caliber revolver around 7:30 a.m.
Bueno turned himself in to the Passi City police station. He was detained and charged./PN
