IPPO director Colonel Bayani Razalan commended his personnel for their sustained intelligence gathering, target validation, and enhanced coordination with partner agencies and stakeholders.
“We will continue to intensify our anti-illegal drug operations, strengthen collaboration with our partners, and pursue individuals involved in the illegal drug trade to disrupt their illicit activities and protect our communities from the harmful effects of illegal drugs,” said Razalan.
He added: “Furthermore, these arrests should serve as a stern warning that individuals found to be engaged in illegal activities will face appropriate law enforcement action and be brought before the courts to answer for their offenses.”
All suspects were under police custody and will be charged for violations of Republic Act No. 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
