BACOLOD City – Police arrested a “high-value” drug target in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Banago.
Suspected shabu worth P346,800 was recovered from 36-year-old Willy Aliguin around 1:52 p.m. on Oct 14, a police report showed.
He was detained at Police Station 3, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
