Bacolod vaccination for 5-11 children suspended due to limited supply of Pfizer vaccines

BACOLOD City-The Emergency Operations Center(EOC) informs the public that there is no vaccination schedule for children aged five to 11 years old, due to a limited supply of Pfizer vaccines for coronavirus disease-2019(COVID-19).

“Once vaccines for kids are readily available, the public advisory will be published,” the EOC said.

Kids, along with their parents, flocked the themed vaccination venues prepared through public and private efforts.

Doctor Chris Sorongon, deputy director of the EOC said the city jabbed the most number of minors at 539 on Day One of the  5-11 years old vaccination rolls out on Feb.14.
