MANILA – Bacolodnon Erika Deloria is happy a collegiate volleyball team here recruited her.
“I am glad Enderun College fulfilled my dream to play in Manila. The Lady Titans may not be a UAAP or NCAA-based team, but I am still thankful,” the Bacolod Tay Tung High School product told Panay News Thursday.
“Enderun is a prestigious school,” added the five-foot-seven freshman. “I am looking forward joining the team and contributing in any way possible.”
The 19-year-old Deloria represented Trinity Christian School before spending her senior high school stint with Bacolod Tay Tung.
She is a familiar face to both fans and athletes since she was a regular in regional and national tournaments.
Her teammates Rhean Almendralejo and Shane Carmona were also recruited by the Lady Titans./PN
