ILOILO City – A former member of the Armed Forces of the Philippines hacked a senior citizen in Barangay De La Paz, Banate, Iloilo.
Christopher Espinosa, 45, fled after hacking Eduardo Bagsain on the throat on Monday, police said.
Bagsain died.
As of this writing Espinosa’s whereabouts were unknown.
The two were binge drinking around 3 p.m. prior to the hacking, police said.
