ILOILO City –Police arrested a man in Barangay Palaypay, Anilao, Iloilo after he failed to appear in court for a hearing.
The 29-year-old resident Ricky Mosqueda was served a bench warrant on Wednesday.
Mosqueda faces an illegal gambling charge, a police report showed.
He was detained in the lockup facility of the Anilao police station./PN
