ILOILO City – Charged with estafa, a businesswoman was arrested in Barangay Tabuc Suba, Jaro district here.
Jedelyn Pendon, 34, was a resident of Barangay Loong, Concepcion, Iloilo, police said.
The suspect was served with an arrest warrant around 12:30 p.m. on July 10.
She was detained at the Concepcion police station.
A P40,000 bail bond was recommended for her temporary liberty.
It was unclear, as of this writing, if the suspect posted bail./PN
