BACOLOD City – In Salvador Benedicto, Negros Occidental, a 14-year-old boy was found dead, police said.
The boy – whose name the police did not disclose – died of drowning.
His body was found in Bago River in Purok Buri, Barangay Bunga, Salvador Benedicto around 12:30 p.m. on Monday, a police report showed.
The boy, a resident of Barangay Igmayan, Salvador Benedicto, was rushed to the town’s Rural Health Office where attending physician Dr. Maja Kristina Ruiz pronounced him “dead on arrival.”/PN
